Denver Griffin's training methodology, content, and materials are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit permission.

By submitting text messages, screenshots, or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You retain all rights to your content. We will not share your personal conversations or content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment and Subscription Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges (if applicable)
• Understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

No Professional Advice: The Service provides general relationship advice and coaching. It is NOT a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical treatment.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the Service. Relationship success depends on many factors beyond our control.

AI Limitations: The AI coach is based on training data and algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, the AI may occasionally provide incorrect or inappropriate advice.

"AS IS" Service: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divorce Stoppers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or advice provided by the Service
• Relationship outcomes or decisions made based on advice from the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divorce Stoppers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Google, Facebook, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) that are not owned or controlled by Divorce Stoppers.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
